Der Herstellungsprozess ist seit den Anfängen im Jahr 1853 unverändert geblieben: Vom Zuschneiden des Leders bis zur charakteristischen Stitchdown-Konstruktion wird jeder Arbeitsschritt von erfahrenen Schuhmachern von Hand ausgeführt.
