Dieses Universal Doppel-Schnellladegerät ist zum Aufladen aller Li-Ion und LiHD Schiebesitz-Akkupacks (12V-36V) mit angepasstem Akku-Ladestrom von Metabo geeignet. Die patentierte AIR COOLED-Ladetechnologie sorgt beim Laden für eine gute Akkukühlung wodurch deutlich reduzierte Ladezeiten möglich sind. Das ASC 145 DUO  besticht durch eine sehr geringe Stand-by Aufnahmeleistung.
