The MRCOOL® DIYHH-12-HP-C-230D25-O Hyper Heat 12K BTU Condenser is a 5th Generation DIY outdoor mini split condenser designed for high-efficiency heating and cooling in spaces up to approximately 500 sq. ft. Built for true cold-climate comfort, this 208/230V Hyper Heat condenser provides reliable heating operation down to -22°F while using inverter technology for quiet, steady performance.
This condenser includes a 25 ft factory pre-charged QuickConnect® line set filled with R-454B refrigerant. The line set arrives sealed, pre-charged, and ready for DIY connection with compatible MRCOOL DIY 230V indoor units. No vacuum pump, gauges, nitrogen, EPA certification, or field refrigerant handling are required for the line set connection.
This listing is for the outdoor condenser and 25 ft pre-charged line set only. A compatible MRCOOL DIY 230V wall-mounted air handler or OuttaSight® ceiling cassette is required and sold separately.
Important: This is a 208/230V condenser. It cannot be used with 115V DIY air handlers or 115V circuits.
