The midsole is even stiff enough to handle a strap-on walking crampon in winter conditions. The dual zone lacing system and LOWA’s C4 tongue system give a secure fit but also out of the box comfort. Finally it goes without saying that they’re fully waterproof with a Gore-Tex performance lining.
