Built around our new 4-bar linkage frame with up-to-date geometry and proprietary X6 aluminum tubing, the new Shift R5 features a steeper seat tube angle for more efficient pedaling, a slacker head tube angle (at 67 degrees) and a longer reach for an improved riding position. With 120mm of rear travel and 130mm of front suspension provided by X-Fusion and Suntour respectively, the Shift R5, with its new Shimano Deore 11-speed components and 11-51T cassette, allows for a smooth ride up or down the trails, with a wide-range gear ratio and precise, crisp shifting.
