Good bacteria are essential to support a healthy digestive system. Align Gut Health & Immunity Prebiotic + Probiotic Gummies are made with a prebiotic, Oligofructose, to help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut and the probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans, which helps support gastrointestinal health. Plus, every serving of great-tasting, citrus-flavoured gummies contains an effective dose of Vitamin C to help support good health and immune function. Among gastroenterologists and doctors who recommended a brand of probiotic in a ProVoice 2020 survey 2015 to 2020.

Recommended Dosage: (Serving Size: 2 Gummies): Adults (18yrs and older): Chew 2 gummies. Take two servings per day. Reduce daily dosage if temporary gas or bloating occurs. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic. Take with 250 mL of water. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, contact your doctor or a Poison Control Centre. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persists beyond 3 days. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a doctor before using if you are taking medication (especially citrus flavoured immune suppressing drugs), if you are pregnant/nursing or if you have diabetes. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps). You may experience temporary changes in bowel habits as you begin probiotic supplement intake. TAMPER EVIDENT: Bottle sealed for your protection.

Even my boyfriend keeps commenting how much he likes it. It's a usable piece of art! I will comment that the earring holes can be a little tricky since the leaves are turned all different ways. You have to be strategic with how you line up your long/dangle-y earrings with your studs so everybody fits and can be seen. A little tricky. But not a deal breaker - especially when it's so easy on the eye. The other slight negative is that this really isn't the best necklace holder. I would have thought, "No problem!" But it's a bit awkward. Especially if you actually intend to see all your earrings. You'll end up hanging most of your necklaces from the top most branch - but they slide down into the crevice to stay. Then you've got a lot of overlapping. And trickiness to retrieve the exact necklace you want with ease. However, this is still a fabulous earring tree. I can't say enough good things about it. Love the little basket for miscellaneous. Hair bands, lip gloss, etc.

OVERALL? In general, I was pleased with the product. It wasn't my dream jewelry stand, but it was worth my money and the wait.
