The OPS GEN 2: A Simplified Evolution in Engine Protection

The OPS GEN 2 is engineered to extend the life of diesel engines while saving customers time and money through reliable oil filtration. Diesel engines produced since the mid-to-late 2000s are now capable of naturally evaporating many of these contaminants during operation, allowing the OPS GEN 2 to deliver world-class filtration without the added cost of an evaporator system.


GEN 2 HEAD UNIT

The simplified head design of the OPS GEN 2 allows for versatile mounting positions on the frame, thanks to its operation under constant oil pressure. As modern engines have advanced, now capable of evaporating many contaminants during normal operation, the need for an external evaporator has been eliminated. This refinement enables us to reduce the overall cost of the head unit while maintaining the world-class filtration performance that OPS systems are known for.
