Suggestions
Insert nozzle in nostril seal off the other nostril and squeeze the battle quickly and firmly while inhaling through the nose. Remove nozzle bom nestril before allowing bottle to re infiate. Spray 2 to 4 times in each nostril. When nose is completely blocked, lie down for five minutes after spraying wilipe nozzle clean after each use.
