The Simpson Strong-Tie Steel Two-Story Stacked-Wall Connection Kit is designed for 18-inch walls, providing high load capacity and efficient installation for two-story structures.

- (2) 1" x 48" Threaded Rods F1554 Grade 36
- (6) Heavy Hex Nuts

Simpson Strong-Tie SSW18-2KT Features
- High load capacity for two-story structures
- No bearing plates required for flush placement against corners
- Compression loads transferred by nut and rod to reduce wood crushing
Simpson Strong-Tie SSW18-2KT Applications
- Two-story stacked walls on concrete foundations
Simpson Strong-Tie SSW18-2KT Installation Overview
- Drill or notch subfloor to allow compression nuts to sit flush with underside of Steel Strong-Wall (SSW)
- Drill holes in first-story top plates to allow threaded rod to pass through
- Install threaded rods and nuts in lower Steel Strong-Wall
- Extend threaded rod through lower wall and floor system into upper wall
- Install solid blocking under center and each end of SSW per designer
- Place SSW over threaded rod and secure with anchor nuts included in SSW kit
- Attach shear transfer plate to upper SSW with supplied #14 self-drilling screws, and to rim joist with 0.148" x 3" nails
- Complete assembly with A34 angles (sold separately) per designer
- Attach SSW to top plates or header with Strong-Drive SDS screws (supplied)

not very sturdy for puppy chewer
The toy was large and it seemed to be made of good material, I was very excited to get this toy for my puppy, but the toy did not even last 24 hours. I was very disappointed. If you buy this product watch your puppy/ dog very carefully so they will not swallow any of the plastic or stuffing

For me this was a waste of money.
I doesn't bite well to my skimmer opening eventually the current will spin it out of angle. I would never buy another one. Maybe its because my opening it tile so it can't bite it hard enough when expanded.
