On top of the camera is a very unique system for operating the camera. A single unit contains the shutter speed dial, advance lever, shutter release, and locking mechanism. By combining these controls it means that only one set of seals has to be used to keep it water tight. It also makes for a unique method of shooting and operating the camera although not any more complicated than any other camera.
