| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Gentle and easy to take, great for winding down

So far it does help me with becoming drowsy for sleep

So far this melatonin helps with making me drowsy, but I still take 1/2 a prescribed sleeping pill with it. Normally, within a half hour I am sleepy. I have not tried taking it by itself yet. I am a petite build, so I think my size factors in to how well it works for me. Flavor is okay. Easy to take melting it under my tongue. Price is okay. I like that it is sublingual and limited added ingredients. I don't usually take chamomile due to being sensitive to it in the past, but seems to be okay in this pill. It also seems to help me with staying asleep for a longer period of time.
