Like other entries in the Art Icon series, the Monet features a rendition of one of the artist's paintings on the upper body, this time Impression, soleil levant (sunrise) from 1872. These renditions are created using the same natural pigments as the original painting, applied by hand as part of S.T. Dupont's signature lacquer process.
To emphasize the artwork, the lower body features dark dark blue lacquer, offset by gold trims. A copy of Claude Monet's signature is engraved on the center band.
Limited to 1872 numbered pieces, the Monet arrives in an S.T. Dupont gift box.
