These chutneys require no refrigeration and are prepared with fresh ingredients in a hygienic, women-led facility. All items on our menu are available in Jain, Vrath, and Sattvic options, and can also be customised based on your dietary preferences.

How It Works – Freeze Drying
Our chutneys are prepared using freeze-drying technology. The freshly prepared chutney is frozen at -35°C and then gently dried in a vacuum chamber up to 55°C, preserving the authentic taste, aroma, and nutrition without the need for preservatives or refrigeration.
