Details:

• You must email and discuss options prior to checking out to make sure I am a good fit for you
• You must provide detailed instructions for the tasks you'd like performed
  

Google Drive:

• You must create and share a Google Drive for file transfers (if applicable)
• You must grant Editor access to that Google Drive to [email protected]
• Design Files:
  • If you are providing files, they must be high resolution in order to get the best results.
  • Design Files will be used as is - no changes to designs will be made
• Mockup Files:
  • May be cropped as instructed for best mockup file results
• Files will be uploaded to your Google Drive when complete

Terms:

• No TM, Copyright or fan art
  
• For small business and personal use only.
  
• No Refunds due to the nature of digital sales
• There is no physical product
• By purchasing this, you are verifying that you have the rights to the files and/or intellectual property you're providing (if applicable)
  
• I reserve the right to refund your order (minus any fees incurred) if I feel you do not have the rights to the file or it is TM or fan art.

TAT:

• Service begins the next business day after the files are accessible on your Google Drive for [email protected] to access and work instructions have been clearly communicated.
• If you are looking for an ongoing service, please contact me for details. This listing is for small jobs that you need completed in a 1-3 biz day timeframe.
