This PTO-driven overseeder and aerator for 25–70 HP Category 1 tractors is designed to improve turf renovation efficiency by combining aeration, seeding, fertilizing, and soil compaction in a single pass. It reduces the need for multiple implements and minimizes downtime caused by equipment changeovers, making it suitable for both professional landscaping and agricultural use.

Built for versatility, this implement supports multiple working widths depending on model and is compatible with standard Category 1 three-point hitch systems and 540 RPM PTO tractors. It is suitable for maintaining sports fields, establishing lawns, renovating pastures, and preparing seedbeds for cover crops.

The system features a precision ground-driven seed metering mechanism that ensures consistent seed distribution across the working width. A calibration control handle allows accurate adjustment of seeding rates for different materials and application requirements.

The design includes a large-capacity seed hopper with an integrated agitator to ensure smooth material flow and reduce bridging. A corrugated depth control roller helps maintain consistent soil contact for improved germination results while minimizing maintenance requirements.

Adjustable tickler tines assist in seed incorporation and turf renovation, improving soil contact and helping with dethatching operations. The dual-rotor system allows switching between aeration and tilling functions depending on job requirements, improving operational flexibility.

Slip clutch protection is included to safeguard the PTO system and drivetrain against impact loads from rocks or obstacles. Lift hooks and a parking stand improve handling, transport, and storage convenience.
