Built for custom buffet lines, this 11-quart drop-in heated well combines thermostatic control, a built-in drain, and durable stainless steel construction.
- Designed as a fabricator component for custom steam table and buffet layouts.
- Holds one 11-quart round pan; pan is sold separately.
- Thermostatic controls with a lighted ON/OFF rocker switch help maintain preset holding temperatures.
- Built-in 3/4" NPT drain supports wet operation and easier cleanup.
- Stainless steel, non-insulated construction is built for commercial use.
- Top-mounted installation uses EZ locking hardware; combustible countertops require an accessory mounting kit.
