It made the year's NME 'Top 50 Albums'.Ut is a radical rock group founded by Nina Canal, Jacqui Ham and Sally Young in Dec '78. Originating in the downtown NYC No Wave scene and inheritors of the collision between rock, free jazz and the avant-garde, they exploded the rigidity of conventional rock, constructing songs through collective improvisation, swapping instruments and rotating the role of singer / director.Migrating to London in 1981, Ut played with bands like The Fall and The Birthday Party and released music on their own label Out Records, including Live At The Venue In 1982, the Ut EP in 1984, the Confidential 12-inch in 1985 and their first studio album Conviction in 1986. Amazing was always!

Frieda had been my favorite author since I started reading again last year. I've read every book and they've all been amazing, this one is no exception. I was hooked immediately! She's really good at grabbing you within the first chapter lol.
So many plot twists and the ending was phenomena! I see she has another book releasing this year and I am so excited!

Another brilliant read!
Format: Kindle
I absolutely loved this book and read it in a day. The second POV towards the end of the book with Ronnie’s chapters was a refreshing change and enables the reader to understand little Teddy’s backstory. A tough beginning for sure.
I loved the high stakes throughout the book, the twists and, as always, the surprising turn of events at the end.
There were a few things I wasn’t sure about. Would Naomi have gone to the birthday party and done what she did with so much to risk? As a mother, I’m not sure it made sense and somehow it frustrated me a little. I won’t go into specifics but the hair cutting was sooo triggering!
I thought Teddy’s secret code was a clever addition to the story and ramped up the pace at the end. Really scary and I thought they’d never make it.
I think with a little more development and detail this book would have been a clear 5 star winner for me. It was almost over too soon. But I loved the premise. As a result, I gave it 4.4 stars.
It was a quick and fun read, as all Freida’s books are. She definitely is an auto-buy author. I’m obsessed!
