Calder Lead Flexislate (Calder) 450mm x 450mm Base - Pitched Roof are simple to install as well as being highly durable and all weather resistant. Calder Lead Flexislate (Calder) 450mm x 450mm Base - Pitched Roof are made from a synthetic rubber sleeve which is securely bonded with EPDM.
The base, which measures 450mm x 450mm is made from code 4 lead which means that the flexislate is able to form a weather-tight seal joist for items that penetrates tile, built up felt or slate roofs (this may be in the form of pipes, aerials or other similar objects).
Calder Lead Flexislate (Calder) 450mm x 450mm Base - Pitched Roof can increase moisture retention in the summer and during the winter, provide insulation.
Calder’s flexislates are available to order as singular tiles and are suitable for pitched roofs.
