Vitamin B12 + Folate is a high-strength formula providing vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and folate in two forms. Each tablet delivers 500µg of vitamin B12 and 800µg of folate. Vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal homocysteine metabolism, and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.
The formula includes intrinsic factor, a protein involved in the absorption of vitamin B12. This complements the overall formulation, providing targeted nutritional support in a convenient tablet format.

They are quite good.

I used to take flintstone chewable vitamins ( yes I’m an adult, but I prefer chewable vitamins). I don’t like the way they get so discolored before I can use the whole bottle. Decided to try these. The formula is a bit different, but sufficient for me. I actually found I like them a lot. Yes they ate all orange flavored, but quite nice. A bit softer than the others, and smaller. I think these will be my go to vitamins now.
