Copper, just like a penny, will oxidize (darken) to your own unique shade based on your body’s chemistry, air, oils, lotions, perfumes etc.

While some like to keep their jewelry’s unique patina, it is very easy to restore the copper shine. Simply make a small paste of equal parts salt and white vinegar or lemon juice. Brush on with an old toothbrush and your earrings will sparkle like new. When not wearing, store your jewelry in a Ziploc bag to prevent tarnishing.
