Integrated MV-Series Mixer

• Anchor-style main agitator contours to the kettle wall while removable nylon blades scrape the surface continuously
• Counter-rotating stainless beater improves agitation in the kettle center for uniform mixing
• Bayonet-mount shafts remove in seconds for cleaning or for kettle-only operation
• Safety interlock prevents high-speed start-ups with the agitator raised
• Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock for quick kettle access
