The 6-pad spring-centered race disc is crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials and incorporates a spring-center construction to effectively damp torsional vibrations and withstand harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers are designed with wraparound spring windows and thicker stampings to bolster spring support, alleviate stress concentrations, and enhance reliability. Despite the harsher engagement, the 6-pad spring-centered disc facilitates faster shifting, making it ideal for larger clutch sizes to dissipate more heat.
