Community ¥ Education ¥ Arts, Inc. (CEArts) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization run by writer/artist Alys Caviness-Gober and writer Sarah E. Morin. The organization is based in Noblesville, Indiana, with a global reach. CEArts is the home of a variety of arts-relate events and opportunities throughout the year. Our projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all over the world, from creative people working in any medium or genre with levels of experience from amateur to professional.
