  • Rod size: 1/16" (1.6mm) dia. x 36" (915mm) length. Single end stamping (0.045" and below may be without stamp).
  • ER309L is to weld dissimilar alloys like mild steel and the stainless steels, and also for direct overlay on mild steel for corrosion applications. Low carbon content of max. 0.03% will reduce the possibility of intergranular carbide precipitation. As welded properly, it will exhibits high strength and good toughness over a wide range of temperatures..
