Our GEN 3 ThermalBlade® wiper system features Replaceable Silicone Heated Squeegees with an integrated heating element inside the squeegee itself. This advanced design actively prevents the buildup of snow and ice on your wipers—ensuring safer, clearer, and hassle-free driving in winter conditions. Only ThermalBlade® offers easy-to-replace, cost-effective heated squeegees that can save you hundreds over the life of your wiper frame!
The system includes our beam-style wiper frame, designed to hug your windshield’s contour for maximum contact. With no exposed moving parts to clog with ice or snow, it maintains full functionality in harsh weather. An integrated aerodynamic spoiler increases downforce as your speed rises, keeping the blade firmly planted against the glass.
Our Replaceable Silicone Squeegees are crafted from premium silicone—engineered to outperform traditional rubber by resisting extreme temperatures, UV rays, and ozone. These squeegees also leave behind a water-beading film with each swipe, enhancing visibility, especially at highway speeds.
One of silicone’s biggest advantages is its longevity—lasting 3 times longer than standard rubber blades. And thanks to our replaceable squeegee system, you can replace just the heated squeegee (with a new heating element) instead of the entire wiper, saving significant costs over time.
Year-Round Flexibility
For warmer months, simply swap out your Heated Silicone Squeegees for our Unheated Silicone or Rubber options—no tools required. This quick and easy process extends the life of your heated squeegees for future winters. When using unheated squeegees, our Wire Harness Caps protect your connectors from the elements, keeping your system in peak condition year-round. It is important to install the caps to protect the Wire Harness connectors from the elements.
If you do not specify your vehicle make, model, and year at checkout, you will receive the A1 Adapter for Large and Small J Hooks.
