Spun to 3/4.6 Nm (in accordance with BS984 standards), this beautifully balanced yarn delivers the perfect combination of softness, strength, and stitch definition.
Each 100g (3.5oz) skein is a traditional Aran / Worsted weight yarn made from premium Wensleydale wool from Home Farm Wensleydales.
Fibre Composition
- 75% Wensleydale lambswool
- 25% Wensleydale shearling fleece
This blend creates our softest Aran yarn, with the signature silky lustre and gentle drape Wensleydale wool is known for.
Traditional Yorkshire Spinning
Our wool is washed and traditionally spun in Yorkshire, preserving the natural beauty and character of the fibre. The result is a yarn with excellent stitch definition, making it perfect for textured knitting patterns and classic wool garments.
