| Theory | This kit uses competitive ELISA assay, and the experimental duration is 2 hours. The plates supplied in the kit have been pre-coated with TC. The TC to be tested in the sample or standard will compete with the TC previously coated on the microplate for binding to a fixed amount of biotin-labeled anti-TC antibody. Free components are washed away. HRP-streptavidin (SABC) is added, and biotin specifically binds to streptavidin to form an immune complex. The unbound conjugate was washed off and TMB chromogenic substrate was added. The TMB became blue under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and turned yellow after the reaction stop solution was added. The OD value was measured at 450nm with a microplate reader. Using curve equation software, the OD450 value of the sample was compared to the standard curve to determine the concentration of TC in the sample. | General Notes | 1. When using different kits, it is necessary to mark them first to prevent the components from being mixed, resulting in experimental failure. 2. After the kit is opened, please refer to the component storage conditions table for the storage conditions of the enzyme plate and standard product (the activity will decrease after moisture). 3. Please use a sterile disposable tip to suck the reagent. After use, the reagent bottle cap must be tightened to prevent microbial contamination and evaporation. 4. When washing the plate manually, add the tip or dropper of the washing liquid and do not touch the hole of the enzyme labeled plate. Inadequate washing or contamination tend to cause false positives and high backgrounds. 5. During the testing process, please prepare the reagents required for the next experiment in advance, and add the reagents to the plate holes in time after washing the plate to prevent the plate holes from drying out and causing testing failure. 6. Do not use reagents from other batches of kits or reagents from other sources for this kit without confirmation. 7. Do not reuse disposable tips to avoid cross-contamination. 8. After the sample addition is completed, the film is applied to prevent the sample from evaporating during the incubation process, and the incubation process is completed at the recommended temperature. 9. Please wear laboratory coats, masks, gloves, etc. during the test, and do a good job of protection. Especially when testing blood or other body fluid samples, please follow the national biological laboratory safety protection regulations. |

My yorkie destroyed
It says it’s very durable so that’s why I bought it although the body and ropes are good the ears on the horse came off in the first day with my small dog so be careful with the ears and other looser things on the animals. The rope untied many times as well not a big deal I just knotted it back but she still loves this toy so it’s okay I’m my book just watch for ripping of ears and other parts on the head of this toy

Head and body ripped after less than 5 min of tug

The seam beteeen the head and body failed after less than five minutes of supervised tug with a 35 pound dog. This is NOT a tough toy. No reinforced stitching.
Absolutely unsafe - a dog could easily rip open the neck and get at the squeakers, which are small enough to be swallowed and lodged in an intestine.

Good but not as tough as advertised

My dog absolutely loved this toy. He was obsessed immediately! It was his (and our) first crinkle toy. He loves the crinkle though it’s a bit distracting for me as it kind of sounds like he’s getting into something he shouldn’t. I love that there are two squeakers, one in the belly and one in one of the handles to squeak on during tug of war. Though he enjoys this toy, the head ripped off during a mild tug only about a few hrs after delivery. My dog is a medium sized 25 lb dog, he is not super strong or a super chewer by any means so I was surprised that it tore so easily. The fabric itself seems strong enough to withstand mild chewing but the seams aren’t as tough as they are advertised. If you don’t mind mending your dogs toys, it’s a very fun toy that’s easy to play with your dog as the handles work well for tug of war, just keep in mind that anything over a small sized dog will probably tear this toy apart during a play session.
