The machine has bottle separating structure, when bottle detect there is not enough bottles, the bottle separating structure will automatically switch to the side that has not enough bottles.
Single filling nozzles can be customized according to production need.The filling structure is controlled by peristaltic pump, which can ensure liquid will only pass through filling hose, improves production quality.
Equipped with dual-rail vibration bowl sorter, this ensures each station can supply packaging material for two bottles at the same time, it improves working capacity.
Multiple working station are assemble at one rotary table, they can work at the same time, the reasonable machine design saves working space. The fixing mold is customized according to bottle shape and size.
