Equipped with touch screen control panel, this can be easily customized to display relevant information and options based on the user's needs. Multiple set of working date can be save for faster operation. Enter certain value to set filling volume, easy to operate.
Equipped with diving nozzles,it can prevent liquid from splashing out during filling.Each nozzles can be controlled separately,ensuring filling accuracy.The quantity of nozzles can be customized as needed.
Capping head is consist of four rubber wheels, it is suitable for various kinds of caps like spray caps, dropper bottle caps, pump head caps.Caps diameter should be within φ20-50mm.
The bottle guiding conveyor can be used to separate bottles and prevent bottles from falling down during transporting. This can improves capping accuracy.
Equipped with electric eye to detect bottles and send the signal to the control system and the machine will start to work automatically, this helps to improve working efficiency.
The way of covering labels on round bottles are different between A and B.The A type is suitable for single side labeling(not full circle) ,while the B type is suitable for single side and double side labeling.
