Our Beeswax Balm is the perfect finish & treatment for all natural materials - wood, leather, antler and bone. All of the knife handles and leather sheaths made at Willslock Forge are waterproofed & sealed with this wax. 

Not only does the Beeswax Balm protect the wood, but it picks up any small particles trapped in the pores and leaves the surface completely clean. The wood will then buff up to an incredible polished finish, with the beeswax balm & linseed oil mixture highlighting all of the grain patterns in the wood. It leaves a smooth, slightly waxy finish on handles making them grippy and comfortable, whilst also sealing the wood and protecting it from rain or moisture.

The beeswax is locally sourced from our own apiares here in Staffordshire & Derbyshire, and then carefully mixed and tinned by hand.
