• This board is made from Hickory wood.

• Wash wooden boards with a bit of soap, rinse in hot water, wipe clean, and allow to dry upright after each use.
• Do not soak the board and do not put the board in the dishwasher.
• Once a month apply a small amount of mineral oil or beeswax, rubbing with a lint-free cloth in the direction of the wood grain.
• Wipe off excess and dry board overnight.
• Each piece will arrive pre-oiled. It's recommended to oil once more when you receive it.
