Why Choose the Vevor 4 in 1?

Many heat presses come with just a top heat plate, which can make achieving perfect adhesion tricky. The PatchCrafter’s Heat Dualizer changes that by adding an adjustable heat source to the bottom plate, ensuring even and reliable heat distribution while preventing creases. The 4 in 1 model offers the flexibility you need to get the most out of this game-changing accessory.

Key Features:

  • Dual-Heat Technology: Unlike standard heat presses with only a top heat plate, our Heat Dualizer add-on ensures that both the top and bottom of your patches receive consistent heat. This results in superior adhesion and a professional finish that sets your hats apart.
  • 250W Power for the Bottom Plate: The bottom heat pad uses 250 watts of power, ensuring optimal heat distribution to press patches efficiently. This extra power is especially helpful when working with thicker patches like embroidery or leather patches, where deeper adhesion is necessary.
  • Digital Temperature Control: Each Heat Dualizer comes with a digital controller that allows you to precisely adjust the temperature of the bottom plate, giving you complete control over the pressing process and flexibility for different patch materials.
  • Versatile Application: Ideal for pressing patches on a variety of hat styles, including trucker hats, 7-panel hats, 5-panel hats, dad hats, and baseball hats. No matter the style, your patches will stand out with quality and durability.
  • Perfect for Richardson Hats: Features the ideal bottom plate size for pressing patches on trucker hats, including Richardson models 112, 168, and 115.
  • Seamless Upgrade for Vevor Heat Presses: The Heat Dualizer is specifically designed for use with Vevor heat press machines. This add-on replaces the standard bottom plate with our advanced heat pad system, which measures 3” x 6” and integrates effortlessly into your existing setup.

Recommended Temperature Settings for Most Patches:

For optimal results, we recommend setting the top heat plate of your Vevor machine to 260°F and the bottom plate (with the Heat Dualizer) to 280°F. Depending on your specific patch material and conditions, some adjustments may be necessary to achieve the best results.

Experience the Difference!

Transform your hat patch production process with the PatchCrafter’s Heat Dualizer and witness a remarkable difference in quality and efficiency. Whether you’re upgrading your existing Vevor equipment or enhancing your current setup, our innovative heat pad add-on has you covered. Remember, this is not a full heat press machine—it’s a powerful upgrade to maximize your Vevor hat press machine’s potential.

Nice brackets

The brackets look great and fit a 1x12 board perfectly. They've been installed for a few days and seem to be sturdy. So far, the only negative is the hardware, as other reviewers have mentioned. Initially, I had some trouble locating the stud and decided to use the drywall anchors. I got one bracket installed and the anchor was already pulling out of the wall. Overall, I think the brackets are great, but just use your own screws and drywall anchors (if needed).

Well made. Sturdy.

I bought these for an alcove. The brackets came in great condition. I didnt notice any scratched. Mounting… the brackets are not centered on the wall, but are centered on the studs. I cant do anything about the stud placement. I bought a 2x8x10 board and cut it into 40 in sections. After placing the brackets on the wall the boards fit beautifully in place. (I used the long stud screws that came with the brackets) I havent screwed the boards to the wall (those screws also included) and may not. I like being able to pull a board out and run cables behind, if needed. I think the boards are sturdy enough that I wont have an issue with tipping, since the right most stud is at the corner of the wall.
