C. E., AND XL HYBRID. The P365 XL 12 round factory base pad lacks room for the slightly larger hand. This base pad adds 1 4" of length and a deep ledge so even gloved fingers could manipulate for a faster mag change, or just a better hold when you need to drop that mag in a jam.
