With Caffè Kenon Max Bar and Passalacqua Miscela Napoli, we're presenting you with 2 fantastic Neapolitans, roasted exclusively in the Southern Italian tradition. It's a dark roast with a beautiful hazelnut colour in the cup and an incredible crema on top: it's the authentic Espresso Napoletano.

MAX BAR Caffè Kenon
Kenon coffee from Naples is rightly considered a real jewel for lovers of dark roasts full of character from southern Italy.

The composition of this Max Bar blend is perfect for restaurants, bars and cafés: it's dense, strong and incredibly chocolaty, but at the same time refined. Thanks to the Neapolitan roast used, the acidity has been eliminated. Discover a full-bodied coffee, with a characteristic hazelnut-coloured crema - the dream Espresso Napoletano, with no bitterness, no unpleasant acidity, just fabulous!
Max Bar is best prepared in an espresso machine (with filter holder) and is also excellent for milk-based drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.

This exquisite blend has been created by Passalacqua according to the quality standards of the Gran Caffe consortium. This Italian association of roasters was founded in 1989 by 11 renowned roasting companies such as Jolly Caffe, Costadoro and Caffè Milano. The aim was, and still is, to combine technical expertise and coffee experience so that the Gran Caffe label is synonymous with a high standard of bean selection, blending and roasting. At the same time, the local roots of roasting must be preserved, promoting geographical differences in coffee culture.

This blend has been created by Passalacqua for the national market and is only to be supplied to specialist establishments (bars and cafés).
