- Hardware & Moving Parts: 1 Year Replacement Parts Warranty (includes soft-close runners and hinges).
- Labour: 1 Year Service Warranty (where applicable).
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
To ensure your warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:
- Professional Installation: Items must be installed by a licensed tradesperson in accordance with local plumbing and building codes.
- Manufacturing Faults: The warranty covers failures due to faults in the manufacture of the product only.
- Proof of Purchase: Original tax invoice or proof of purchase must be provided for all claims.
- Installation Guidelines: Product must be installed strictly in accordance with the provided instructions and wall-stud requirements for wall-hung units.
- Maintenance: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, use of harsh chemicals, or standing water left on surfaces.
