Product Information:
Maxx-ER 090744 G Stainless Heavy Duty Precision Magnetic Pallet is 100% cross-compatible with both OEM and existing EROWA ITS systems. It features a 170 × 95 × 60 mm (6.7" × 3.74") surface area and is Allen-wrench actuated for secure and reliable operation. The pallet includes lifting handles for safe handling and offers a clamping force of 100 N per square centimeter, making it suitable for demanding precision applications.
If intended for Wire EDM use, please note that while the pallet withstands oil exposure, prolonged contact with water in WEDM applications may lead to rust. Users are advised to avoid water conditions when possible. Regular grinding maintenance is recommended to compensate for wear during use and to maintain optimal performance.
