Franz Haas propone la sua versione, che riposa in tonneau per 12 mesi e si affina in bottiglia per qualche altro mese prima di essere commercializzato. L'Alto Adige Lagrein DOC di Franz Haas risulta corposo e vellutato, e soprattutto ha una grande morbidezza che lo rende particolarmente piacevole e bevibile.
È adatto per essere abbinato con i secondi piatti a base di carni rosse. Ottimo con larrosto di vitello al forno.

Best S&P grinder set that I have ever used!
