A mesh guard improves durability and reduces motor dust ingress contamination. When powered by a FlexVolt DCB546 or DCB547 battery, it provides up to 30% more power than the DCG414. Its compact gear case allows ease of use and access into tight spaces.

Its compact gear case allows ease of use and access into tight spaces. Fitted with a rubber overmould that provides enhanced grip and comfort. An E-brake and E-clutch increase user safety, helping to protect the user in the event of disc bind up. There is also a one-touch guard system for easy keyless guard adjustments.
Comes with a two-position side handle that offers greater comfort and control.
