The Nike Air Max 1 SP HUF Pear Green (2024) is a "Special Project (SP)" sneaker, which means it was crafted in the Nike Lab using premium materials. This sneaker is also part of a collaboration between Nike and HUF, a streetwear label known for using marijuana leaf patterns and a signature green.
As a nod to HUF, this running shoe features a greyscale colorway with pops of Pear on the Swoosh logos, the collar lining, part of the rubber outsole, the tongue's logo tag, and the "NIKE AIR" lettering on the heel. The upper is leather in Medium Grey with leather overlays in Anthracite and Flat Pewter. Visible Air Max units in the heel protect against impact, while the padded collar cushions the ankle.
