Rosso rubino scuro, al naso esprime note molto profonde di frutta rossa matura impreziosite da toni balsamici e speziati. Una traccia vegetale apre ad un assaggio lungo, materico, caratterizzato da una trama tannica tanto fitta quanto soffice. Vibrante, chiude su note di frutta in confettura, di particolare persistenza.Prodotto in soli 1500 esemplari, il Rosso Conero La Gattara è vino proveniente da un attento assemblaggio di montepulciano e sangiovese che fermenta spontaneamente in acciaio per circa un mese e che successivamente viene lasciato maturare in barrique per circa due anni. Il Rosso Conero IGT La Gattara della Fattoria San Lorenzo è un rosso vellutato e profondo, morbido e al tempo stesso particolarmente espressivo. Tra i migliori rossi della denominazione.
A tutto pasto, La Gattara ben si abbina a ricchi piatti a base di carne. Da provare con una tartare di manzo particolarmente condita. Ottimo su ogni tipo di arrosto.

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
