Il Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG di Saraja nasce nella meravigliosa terra della Gallura, da uve allevate su terreni franco-sabbiosi di origine granitica. Lavorato esclusivamente in acciaio, è un vino che sa di mare, in cui la sapidità è protagonista. Vivido e di nerbo, è perfetto con la cucina di mare.

Ottimo in abbinamento agli antipasti di pesce, si sposa bene anche con i piatti vegetariani; è da provare con il sushi.
