De Champagne : Gemaakt van 2 verschillende oogstjaren met een uitzonderlijke kwaliteit die bekomen is door een langdurige rijping van 2 jaar "sur latte" met tweede gisting op de fles. De Carte Blanche is versierd met een mooie gouden schijn. De bubbels, levendig en intens, zorgen voor een delicaat en aanhoudende schuimlaag. In de neus ontwikkelen de lichte aroma’s van limoenbloesem, honing en citroen zich met finesse voordat ze in de mond openbloeien in frisse en muntachtige tonen.

Het verhaal van een champagnehuis waar traditie rijmt met passie

In 1968 kocht Bernard Remy zijn eerste wijnstokken in het dorp. Enkele jaren later zal hij zijn eerste cuvées op de Franse markt brengen.
Het was in 1983 dat hij besloot een echte kelder te bouwen om zijn eigen wijn te maken en zo “meester” te worden van zijn productie. Omdat hij zijn wijngaard wilde uitbreiden, kocht hij in 1986 drie extra hectare, waarmee hij zijn productie verdrievoudigde.

Omdat de kelder te klein werd om deze uitzonderlijke bubbels op te slaan, zal hij deze uitbreiden in 1990, 1997 en recentelijk in 2008, zodat de flessen in de beste omstandigheden kunnen verouderen en er tijd overblijft om zijn werk te voltooien.
Zijn zoon Rudy, die in 1996 op de wijngaard arriveerde, nam het huis in 2008 over, maar Bernard is nooit ver weg. 

De beroemde Duitse journalist Gerhard Eichelmann publiceerde onlangs de nieuwe editie van zijn Champagnegids, een boek met de sobere titel " Champagne ".

Maestro House Mini Coffee Scale
I have begun to drink tea, pu’erh tea to be specific. I have several varieties and I have had a problem with getting consistent results. The varieties can be very different in size depending on when the leaves are harvested (leaves harvested in spring are much smaller). So the easiest way to get consistent results is by weight. This scale is very easy to use with a ceramic tea scoop, set the tea scoop on the scale, zero it out and add tea leaves. This has made my results much better, without the wild swings in strength I had been getting before trying to eyeball even measures. This scale gives me accurate measurements to one tenth of a gram.
