Di colore rosso rubino di buona consistenza, al naso presenta note floreali di viola mammola e note fruttate di frutta rossa fresca, mora e ciliegia. In bocca è pieno ed equilibrato, il finale lungo rileva tannini di notevole finezza. Ottimo corpo ed eleganza.Taibo è un vino Sangiovese Romagna Superiore ottenuto da uve sangiovese nel vigneto “Taibo” della famiglia Benedetti a Mercato Saraceno in Emilia Romagna. Prodotto secondo i dettami dell’agricoltura biologica e biodinamica, è un vino che affina in un tino da 50 hl di legno di rovere per 12 mesi e successivamente riposa in bottiglia per altri 8 mesi. A stupire tuttavia è la sua longevità, perché è ottimo da bere giovane, ma diventa eccezionale se lo si lascia riposare per altri 10 anni in cantina. decisamente un vino da non farsi mai mancare in tavola e nelle occasioni speciali.
Ottimo in abbinamento a piatti di pasta al ragù, secondi di carne rossa in particolare gli straccetti ai funghi porcini, cacciagione e selvaggina, cosciotto di agnello ma anche a salmone alla griglia, formaggio brie e formaggi pecorini.

Sturdy, Natural Option for Everyday Kitchen Prep

I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a clean, natural wood smell and feel pretty durable. On the first couple uses, they were slightly rough and the edges felt a bit sharp, but that improved noticeably after a few washes. Now they feel much smoother. The size variety is a big plus—I’ve been able to use them for multiple purposes like prepping vegetables, fruits, and even meats. Overall, a solid value for the price, especially if you’re trying to replace plastic items with something more natural.
