- MILLING & PROVENANCE. Only the innermost of the whole wheat berry is used to produce a truly fine white “Doppio 0” pizza flour. Our Tipo 00 flour is the top winning flour in the great taste wards 2020. Perfect for extensible lower gluten pizza dough with a crispy crust.
- PERFECT FOR. Pasta & Pizza dough. 1: Use extra virgin olive oil 2: Blend with Semolina to help the pasta hold its shape. 3: Make the dough by hand using eggs in a bowl and flour. Mix by hand until it turns into a sticky ball. Leave for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Roll with a large rolling pin or even better a pasta roller
- TOP TIP. Dampen your hands with water before working the dough.
- DID YOU KNOW. The mill is still run by the 8th generation of the Matthews family. Today the Matthews source ancient varieties of durum and bread wheat direct from farmers in Sicily and Abruzzo Italy. These varieties are unique to their region and have the own taste characteristics. These distinctive wheats are then specially blended and finely milled in the Cotswolds.

I love it.... I have used almost everyday since it came.... the ease in the loading a hat is great. The quality seems to be good, it doesn't take up much room and looks great. The pressure takes care of itself and I don not have to do anything. I believe the value is well worth the money.

Amazing product!

All I can say is "WOW". I was skeptical about changing over from my Sawgrass to another brand of sublimation printers. But now I wish I started here from the start! Not only does this machine cost a good amount less with the same paper sizes and options as my SG500 but the ink is cheaper per cartridge and 11ml larger than the standard 30ml I am use to. Set up was super easy, as well as the connection. My prints are bold, bright, and beautiful. I am amazed! I am thankful that the details in the prints show through no matter what material I am pressing on. As a business owner, I need a good, efficient printer that doesn't cost more than the product I am selling. I can't wait to continue using my machine. I have not run into any maintenance issue and can not speak on anything of that as of now. Attached photos; however, my camera did not do it justice.

Good image quality
Set name: Sublimation Printer
Has good print quality and has worked well. I like the tray paper feed for regular size and that I can use the back paper feed set up for my mug sized sublimation paper.
I had considered converting an ink jet to a sublimation, but for a little more decided to try this. Glad I did.
Set up was pretty easy and I'm happy with the color quality and accuracy. I wasn't sure when I first saw the print out, but once the sublimation was doen, it was great.
