This is a 120mm Square Base with VESA 4 x 100mm holes and 4 x 75mm holes in each corner coupled with a rectangular mounting plate, two medium length C series arms and a double ball adaptor

The square plate is a RAM-246U RAM® 100x100mm VESA Plate with Ball. This is a 120mm Square Base with VESA 4 x 100mm holes and 4 x 75mm holes in each corner.

The rectangular plate consists of a 15.88 x 5.08cm (6.25" x 2") base connected to a 1.5" diameter rubber ball.

The C-series ball joiner connects the two medium C series arms.
