How it Works

2) Tell us the story behind your design and how you want your design to look like
3) After purchase, we will work with you to come up with a design within 1 week.

Q: Do I only get 1 design per purchase?
A: Yes, you only get 1 final design per purchase but we work with you to choose from 3 designs.
Q: Can I make modification to my design after it is finalized?
A: Yes you can, up to 30 days from purchase.
Q: Can I get a refund if I do not like the finalized product?
A: Yes after the product is finalized, we only allow 15% refund. We will only provide full refund if we are unable to complete the project within 14 days.
Q: Do you own any rights to the finalized design?
A: No we do not. We will not use your design anywhere or send it to anyone. Once the design is finalized, it is yours to keep!
Q: What type of file will the design be in?
A: All designs will be sent to you as a single jpeg file.
Q: Is there any design you cannot do?
A: We will try to accommodate all design ideas however we will not do any design that infringe copyright laws.
Q: How will I receive my design after it is completed?
A: We will send you your design via the email used to make the purchase.
