The Deta Vimark 4700ZT extractor fan is designed specifically for safe installation in Zone 1 bathroom areas, delivering quiet and efficient ventilation. With an airflow rate of 24 litres per second (88m³/hour) and a low noise level of just 26dB @ 3m, it ensures effective steam and moisture removal while maintaining a peaceful environment. The integrated timer allows the fan to run on after use, adjustable between 2 and 30 minutes, helping to reduce condensation and improve air quality. Slim in design and suitable for through-wall installations or ducting runs under 2m, this fan features an IP45 rating for enhanced moisture protection and a one-shot thermal fuse for safety. Compliant with BS EN 60335-2-80 and Building Regulations Approved Documents F & L1, the Vimark 4700ZT comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
