In terms of customization, the TRG 22A1 features top-mounted Picatinny rails on the receiver and forend, which provide plenty of rail space for an optic of choice, as well as clip-on night vision and thermal devices. The forend is also outfitted with multiple M-LOK cut-outs for use with a bipod, and help reduces weight.
