Your session begins with a full body massage and a warming of the area, followed by placement of the cups using the traditional flame or silicon suction technique.  Every visit is unique based on your current needs or issues.

Cupping therapy is an alternative technique using suction methods on the body surface.  This technique of pulling up the muscle and joint area to the surface, rushes blood to the area, aiding in clearing blockages and removing toxins.  It is a supplemental treatment to help aid with muscle tension, scar tissue, menstrual cramping, and cleansing of organs. Due to breaks in the capillaries in the dermis layer of the skin, you may experience redness and bruising.  Cupping is a great complement to your path to wellness.
