Dose
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily for general support of healthy female hormonal balance, or 1 tablet daily for the first half of the female hormonal cycle and then 2 tablets daily for the second half of the cycle, or as directed by your health professional. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
